Doré as with all your posts and life inside your amazing French style home, this is an amazing post. Yes, nature never disappoints when there are glorious songs sung by birds that return every Spring.

I like your sibilant alliteration, "...I hear them sing sounds of spring!" And so I have so far here. It was chilly yesterday, but the sun was out and so were the finches, deciding whether or not it was time to start stuffing the gutter with nest material! This particular bird was just sitting on the tip of the roof, singing and probably looking for a mate, but the wind was a bit much and she retreated. How I love spring, and the greyness of waiting. Enjoy your day dearest Doré! Anita

It looks like the spring landscape here. Still white with snow, gray tree branches, and little bits of green peeking out here and there. Lovely vignettes, Doré!

Hi Dore,
Spring is here, though with our socal weather I wonder if isn't still summer!
I do enjoy the freshness of the new blooms in the garden this time of year. I love the little delicate missy match glass jars and vases!
So pretty when the morning light hits them I bet.

I do love birdcages too, though I don't have a single one..

Enjoy the beginnings of the season.
Happy Easter...
xo,
Gail

Love your bird cages... The birds are singing away here with Spring in full swing. We saw bluebonnets just beginning to show color in the ditch along side a country road near our house.

I love all your little vases! I try not to throw any little bottles away anymore, they always look so pretty with my leftover dried roses in them.

We were actually able to open our doors and windows yesterday and I loved hearing all the birds!!! One of the best sounds.

Gorgeous photos. I am loving the fact that you are using clean glass items to make a pretty display. I feel as if clear glass is so often overlooked, but I for one love the sparkle it adds to a space.

Dore, I really love this spring vignette you have created. The birdhouse collection is so unique, especially the marble looking one. I have never seen one like that. I think the little glass vases really add a sparkle and a perfect place to add some greenery or spring flower stems. I always know when I come here you will have something beautiful and inspiring! Happy Spring to you and many blessings!

Oh! Doré!

Classes are booked until May. I am hoping that my work schedule will allow me to take the May/June session.
Thank you for your kindness and inspiration!
I wish you and your family the best of Eastertide Blessings!

Love this post. You have such a way with words to accompany the gorgeous pics. So funny- the other night I lost a lot of sleep because of a very loud and chirpy bird near the window. I was not very happy. Then yesterday, my bearded beloved comes home and rushes in and says he needs a screwdriver. He rushes outside to take apart our downspout from the gutter. I'm totally confused as I watch from the porch. He knocks the spout off and out from below a bird escapes and flies off. He grins at me as I stand there admiring the bird in the tree as well as my beloved bird rescuer. Suddenly, nature seemed more neighborly again 😊. Have a great day friend.
Big hugs and lots of love
Elizabeth
