French Antique Iron Panel

Another great find and aged with just the right patina. This piece was laying out in a small pile of junked items roadside and I was happy to see that the owner of this wonderful fragment was tending to his yard. I stopped my car this was my perfect chance to ask if he would consider selling it, to my surprise he said you can have that old piece of junk while smiling and what did I want with it he asked, my response was I am not sure yet, but I love it.

G'Day Dore'~ I just wanted to say thank you for all the kind words and advice I am going to have her read it later today.I have three daughters but Jamie is my oldest and is so sensitive, she just lets them get to her.

You and your daughter are beautiful and remind me of my Jamie, she too is french and I see it in her a lot as well as you and your daughter.

I am now a follower and will be back for visits.I love the door great job! I wish we had roadside junk here, great finds. Thanks again~Kim

Dore, Thank you so much for your kind words on my blog. It's people like you that make such a positive difference when the day just isn't running smoothly! I love your playlist as well! "Glitter in the air" is one of my favorites! Did you see her on the Grammy's when she sang it suspended in the air? it was amazing....google it in case you missed it!

This is so funny! While you were writing about the first song I chose for my blog...I was busy choosing a new first song! "Baby Mine", by Bette Midler. I thought it would be fitting for our baby blog. And your right! We should be choosing multiple sets...they are all so cute! Some of these "complete sets" are $500.00!!! Yikes! That's wonderful news about your daughter, you must be so proud! Marcia
