French FarmHouse

 Burlap Luxe French Home

Pared-down dinning allows the rural and rustic of
natural Provence living.
 French Vintage Stone Dove

The latest piece that has moved in on my French living is
this stone dove aged perfectly. It gives my side-table a
feeling of something captured, or found deep in
the French countryside.
Decayed, Weathered, Chipped

It spoke to me.
Now looking for that perfect dove cote.

Photo Burlap Luxe Home Setting.
This four piece place setting is now in the home of Kathryn,
New Hope, PA.

Kathryn has shared her new old French cottage foto's with me and I am
charmed to see BL stacked along with a BL serving bowl on her
open shelves;
A rustic cottage full of inspiration.

 BL for Burlap Luxe Pottery

I added formal French flatware with rustic rural style, adding a creative approach to
my BL roadside pottery style.
 Platter Bowls French Roadside Style.

Hand thrown and misshapen added a rustic rural feel to each BL piece.
little imperfections are embraced for its beauty and dinning
experience, and I feel it makes the food taste that much
more.
Beautiful New With Beautiful Old Flatware.

Serves its purpose.

Vintage Stone Dove

There is no art of arrangement here, it just called to be placed.

This French egg wire basket is filled with 4 porcelain pottery eggs:

Doré,
I always enjoy a visit to Burlap Luxe where beauty abounds in uniqueness of hand created art and graceful styling. Your pottery is beautiful in its rustic appeal and timeless feel. I envy your strength with bending wire. Sterling wire and copper which are soft is about all I can bend! The crowns I have you created are as loved today as the first moment I held them in my hands years ago. The Dove is amazing, is that a mossy green patina that's formed on it? Stunning. Looking forward to the magazine feature and I will be adding more Burlax Luxe into my urban rustic home with a custom order of a pasta bowl created by the very talented Doré Callaway.

Vera

I always loved to be here with you, grateful to be invited, to see and feel all of this enchanting spaces. But now, there is more, a difference, I don´t know exactly why. It feels even deeper, so much more natural and a bit epic (what I LOOOVE). But also down to earth, the real thing alive.
Your pottery gives - in this perfect setting - the picture. It is plain, but it shows raffinesse that tells the french heart.
You are so special - creating is what you are, true.
Flashed as always, your friend Méa, who sends happy hugs :)))

Maybe a delicous French pastry for dessert! I can dream, right? :) They look so perfect in your French Farmhouse style home. I hope to one day have some of those pieces for my home to enjoy. Happy August Dore...

Congrats on the new feature I will look forward to seeing it soon! I love the simplistic charm of the pottery, so soft and smooth in appearance. I just returned from a visit from texas and went to the Silos in Waco. Your line would pretty there, but manufacturing demands would be intense!

Happy August!

Gail
